The Washington Export Council conducts widely attended monthly luncheon meetings with invited guests from the U.S. Administration, diplomatic community, and international private sector. There is no set agenda or message, other than a shared commitment to supporting and expanding U.S. exports.

Following brief remarks by its guest, members share their own views, experiences, and recommendations in an open, interactive, and constructive discussion. By encouraging an informed conversation in a casual and collegial setting, guests and members alike benefit from an exchange of views on critical trade and investment issues. All comments are confidential and strictly off-the-record.

In recent years the Council has also sponsored a Holiday Reception in December, inviting guests and staff from their respective agencies.
